BALTO Codes - District of Columbia
Baltimore Enamel made the vast majority of D.C. porcelains (although some were
later produced by Ingram-Richardson as well).  BALTO first received the contract in
1908, producing D.C. porcelains in at least two batches in the latter half of that
year.  The company would continue producing D.C. porcelains after this date as
well, but by then they were using their distinctive oval seal on the reverse of
plates.
